Silverstone is brand new to all riders in MotoGP, it should make for some great racing as no-one has the advantage of circuit knowledge. The fact that the track is a very high speed lap average usually means that the field stays close. The new track is incredible with all the super fast stuff back in play, without Rossi around we need a good battle....Read more

It’s very rare that the two best riders in the world end up on the same team; in Yamaha’s case it must be difficult trying to make sure that Jorge and Valentino don’t cross paths daily. The atmosphere in the Yamaha camp must be unbearable; Jorge doesn’t help matters when he said he’d expected Rossi to put up a better fight in Lemans, a sign of confidence that’s sure to goad Rossi and probably best that the dividing wall stays in place.

I really should stop forecasting results, at least for Caseys sake. I should know better by now not to be tempted by Ducati's early season pace which has been Casey's form since he moved to the Italian factory. Yamaha is again coming out top and looking like the best all rounder.  When Rossi struggles putting a fast qualifying lap together it's all too easy to think he's struggling, however by Sunday the bike never seems far away on race pace.
